Started in the year 2006, MKB Mahila B.Ed. Mahavidyalaya is a women’s only education college located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This affiliated college recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) majorly focuses on teacher education. The institute is spread over a small area of 1.72 acres of land, which provides students with a concentrated environment in order to help them shape themselves as better educators. The college has a total of 182 students including teachers and having a faculty of 14 teachers, the college offers individual attention to each student. At the moment, there is only one programme that the college awards the students, and this is Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) affirming the college commitment to produce professional and effective teachers in future.

Note: MKB Mahila B.Ed. Mahavidyalaya is especially devoted to the field of teacher education and provides a full time B.ED only. This is a two-year course and the institute is allowed to accept hundred students hence meaning that the institute still boasts of small class sizes as a way of ensuring that quality is not compromised. The concept of the B.Ed. programme implies the development in the future teachers essential competencies and abilities needed in contemporary education environment.
