hello aspirant,
suppose if you are not alloted any seat in second phase dont worry you can continue in the college which is provided in first phase BUT but only if you accepted the joining report and payed fee in the first phase counselling college.so that means you secured a seat in mlr so if you dont get in second phae you can carry on with first phase college but incase you get seat in second phase no matter what even if you dont like the college you must and should take up the collegeyou are alotted in second phase you wont have option of going to first phase counselling colleges.so you need to be very careful about what colleges you are applying in second phase .the best thing you can do is go to offical website:tseamcet.nic.in and see there first link "college wise allotment details" and check which colleges how much cutoff was there with your category and apply those colleges where your cutoff is near otherwise apply only those colleges of your desire.
hope this helps,
thankyou
hello aspirant,
depending on your rank and previous year analysis you can find your chances of possibilites to colleges.you did not mention your rank so you can check by our predictor: https://www.careers360.com/ts-eamcet-college-predictor?exam_id=2362&counselling_id=4209&ici=cp-result-change-inputs&icn=TS-EAMCET-2020-College-Predictor
yes mlr is a good college you can opt for it but but if you want some college better than that you can definetly go for second phase counselling but do remember you need to first accept the joining report here and pay fee here without fail by tomorrow as it is extended till tomorow.and then apply for second phase counselling and in that please apply only for those colleges in which you reallly want to go like aroundfew colleges of your desire .if you get there you can go and shift the college fee if you dont get any seat in second phase you can continue with the college provided in first phase.but if you get a seat in second phase in any college no matter what whichever college you should and must go you will have no other option.so be very careful while applying for second phase because if you dont like the college you get in second phase you cant go back to first phase counselling college .also do some research on branches you want to go and then opt for them just dont blindly chose whichever branch you want.for furthur info about branches check the link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/top-engineering-branches-in-india
hope this helps,
thankyou
Hi Aspirant!
According to previous year cutoffs and trends the closing rank for all the colleges you mentioned above under OC boys category for CSE and ECE branch is under 30k but your rank is far from that range,Hence it would be impossible for you to get the CSE or ECE seat in any of the college.
You can opt Mechanical and CIVIl in MLRITM,MLRIT.

Hello Student,
See, Which branch to choose is entirely depends on your interest regarding that branch, your knowledge about that branch And also depends on for which branch you feel sure about...!!!
So start focusing on that first and then proceed.
Well, both colleges you have mentioned in your question are really good.
First we see about MLRIT:
MLR institute of technology is located at Dundigal, hydrabad, telangana. It is autonomous institution.
Infrastructure is very good at MLRIT and college provides excellent facilities like auditorium,Exclusive placement block equipped with an exclusive Seminar Hall, GD rooms and Interviews panel rooms, and many more. The CSE department Of college has been striving hard to inculcate conceptual and technical skills in students through a scientific teaching methodology based on lectures, case studies, seminars, group discussions, project works, assignments, quiz programs, guest lectures etc.Capgemini,L&T infotech,MINDTREE,HSBC,Infosys,FACE,DXC technology, and many more well reputed companies visiting the campus every year.
College has very good record for academic excellence and placement.
CMRK:
The CMR
institute of technology in Hyderabad, It is also an autonomous institution.
it has a lush green campus, labs, best library as well as well experienced faculty members.
Top recruiters visit every year at cmrk to hire brilliant and hard working candidates.this
Institution perceives the quality standards of academic performance, student's development, and community empowerment.
ECE department as well as all other branch of engineering has good record here also.
So as u said, both the institutions are very good at their place and have their own popularity.
You should select the branch first and then consider college fees structure, location, and other related factors, etc. while selecting the college.
Hope this helps
