MNR Rural Post Graduate College of Education, established in the year 2001 in Sangareddy, Telangana–India, is focused in providing quality education to all its students. Being a co-educational school, it is located in the MNR Nagar, Fasalwadi area in an area of 8 acres. The college holds affiliation from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and has developed a speciality in teacher training. They are B.Ed and M.Ed both of which take 150 students per year. Unified with 26 members in its faculty, the institution provides its students a quality learning environment with a comparatively low student:teacher ratio.

MNR Rural Post Graduate College of Education has a host of facilities, which are fashioned out and developed to complement the teaching and learning process of the students in the college. A well experienced library is an essential facility that gathers a large amount of knowledge to the students. The college has ICT facilities, offering students the best technology in the contemporary world of learning. There is a cafeteria on the territory of the university which is also designed as a recreational area. The auditorium is used for conferences, lectures, meetings, and other discussions as well as for other cultural activities. In regard to the practical learning, the college got well equipped laboratories. They also have a health centre complete with an infirmary where first aid is available to their students. There is adequate spaces for students and staff parking, thus making campus easy to manage.

MNR Rural PG College of Education has two full time courses in education. The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme has 100 intake while the Master of Education (M.Ed) programme has an intake of 50. Centred on the preparation of professional teachers, both programmes can be pursued in two years as they afford a strong grounding in educational theory and practice. 

For the B. Ed programme, the admission process is done through two categories. Category A there is an entrance examination, while Category B, which is further 25% of the seats the admission will be done under management quota as prescribed by State Government.
