Mohanlal Fugar Education Society is endowed with Mohini Devi Goenka Girls B.Ed. College since the year 2005 and is one of the most prominent Women Education College in Sikar District, Rajasthan. Located on the Sikar –Lachhmangarh Road, NH-52, this affiliated college aims at producing future teachers. Recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the Institute offers only a two-year full–time B. Ed. programme which has an intake capacity of 200 students in each academic session. It has a faculty of 28 members and a total number of students 337, which make it ideal for aspiring teachers as it offers a one on one experience.

This college has numerous state of the art equipment to facilitate learning and make the college experience of the students an enjoyable one. The library has above 6188 books, which lies open-shelf, In addition there is a book-bank in the school which gives seven books to each student according to their course books. The institute has well-spaced and facilitated laboratories such as Language Laboratory, Educational Technology Laboratory, Psychology Laboratory, Social Studies Laboratory and the Science Resource Centre. The college also values technology in a modern computing laboratory which is equipped with new technology in order to upgrade it often. To facilitate all rounded development, the campus has fitted playing fields for indoor and outdoor games as well as an assembly hall for meetings, seminars and other gatherings besides having a canteen for the sale of food stuffs.

Delhi college does not offer accommodation facilities to the students but for those students who are coming from other cities, the college has limited exclusively girls hostel facility on the college campus On-line admission facility is available limited exclusively girls hostel facility available on a first come first basis, but preference will be given to student belonging to other city or states. The hostels provide affordable lodging facilities with comfortable common television / Video Compact Disc (VCD)/Video Disk (DVD) and cable connection areas. This way the mess will always be clean with a separate dining hall to meet the nutritional needs students have. Also, the college avails transport for the students and staff thus ensuring that commuters are safe and comfortable.

This is a two-year full time non-research programme whose aim is to produce competent professional teachers. It was granted an intake of 200 for the program, the course offers many slots to women who want to pursue a career in education.
