Moridhal College, Dhemaji was established way back in the year 1988 in the frontier district of lower Assam in India. This coeducational affiliated college is situated on a sprawling campus of 51.17 acres and has been accredited by NAAC. The institution has a total student enrolment of 1,006 and a faculty strength of 52, with a multifarious curriculum offering under its umbrella: 27 courses in eight-degree programmes. The institution has a balanced sex ratio, with 51% males and 49% pressure, and all the students are residents from the state of Assam. 

Moridhal College tries to provide an appropriate learning atmosphere by offering the student various facilities. More than 21,000 documents in different subjects are available in the library, with a total area of 5,000 square feet. There is accommodation available in the boy's hostel for 50 boarders, whereas in the girl's hostel, there is an arrangement for 160 boarders. There is also a great playground for sports. Multi-gym facilities for sports persons include a total of 14 computers with Wi-Fi facilities. Other facilities consist of smart classes, a canteen, guest house, the auditorium, and a health centre with the facility of first-Aid. Moridhal College offers an undergraduate degree course in Arts that is more or less full-time.

The institution provides 27 courses in all, including the top courses of B.A. and B.Sc. courses of study.
