Mukand Lal National College was established in 1955 and is among the reputed colleges in the region of Yamuna Nagar in Haryana. It is an affiliated college spread out over an area of 8.17 acres with a history of more than sixty years of shaping young minds. MLNC offers 18 courses across 9 degrees with a total student enrollment of 3,443. It has almost an equal share in male and female students, as it has 54% males and 46% females in strength, with 13 dedicated teachers in its faculty. The MLNC academic portfolio comprises streams in Arts, Commerce, Science, and Computer Applications at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

The spacious common rooms, canteen, and full-fledged sports facilities, including a well-equipped gymnasium, are provided on campus for carrying out the holistic development of the students.
