B.Com Hons at Nabagram Hiralal Paul College, Hooghly Offline Course

A person, who has passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.

• For B.Com Honours with and without Research, students from the Commerce Background [who have commerce in the prequalifying examination] the related subjects are as follows: Accountancy/ Business Economics including Business Mathematics/ Business Organization/ Mathematics / Business Mathematics/ Economics/ Statistics/ Business Studies/ Office and Secretarial Practice/ Financial Accounting/ Elements of Cost Accountancy & Auditing/ Book Keeping/ Commerce/ Cost Accountancy & Principle of Management/ Commercial Law and preliminaries of Auditing/ Costing and Taxation. A candidate from a Science background can also apply for this course. In that case, the candidate must have 50% in aggregate and 50% in Mathematics.
