Nand Kishor Singh Degree College, Allahabad, was established in 2003. It is one of the affiliated colleges of the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. Located at Mama Bhanja Talab, Dhanuha, Chaka, Naini, this college offers an array of programs to different disciplines. Being one of the affiliated institutions, it works quite like a guided institution under its parent university but still preserves its independence. The college is associated with eminent bodies such as the National Council for Teacher Education, Bar Council of India, and the Pharmacy Council of India, which proves the institution to provide quality education in all the offered programs. 

Nand Kishor Singh Degree College has all the types of facilities that could help the student to grow and learn. Its health center does first aid services for the well being of the students on the campus. The IT infrastructure is especially noticeable, with two well-equipped computer laboratories stocked with a total of 200 PCs. These labs cater with LAN and internet connectivity, besides printing facilities with access to web-based learning materials. The college also maintains departmental laboratories to help students get practical experience in the chosen fields. For physical development and recreation, sports facilities are available to all students. The library is run more or less like an information resource centre wherein all required help in academic and research work is suggested to both students and staff. 

Nand Kishor Singh Degree College offers five courses in four degree programs, all of which are full-time courses. Courses range across many streams — law, education, and pharmacy. Different programs are LLB, B.Ed, and D.El.Ed. The institution offers B.Pharma and D.Pharma . 

The admission process is different for each program at Nand Kishor Singh Degree College. Admissions to B.Ed and D.El.Ed. programs are progressed based on merit to be judged from marks obtained in the qualifying examination and their entrance examination. The college shall also follow any other method prescribed after publication by the Policies of the State Government, UT Administration, or affiliating University.
