Nandha Arts and Science College for women, affiliated to the Tamil Nadu, is a private college which was started in the year 2000 at Erode. This is a NAAC accredited institution offering programmes in Arts, Humanities and Social Science, Science, Management, Business Administration, Computer Applications and Commerce streams. The college is affiliated to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and the college has 10.99 acres of land located for it. This college currently has 3,129 students and 117 members of the teaching staff ensuring a good student: teacher ratio. It delivers 37 courses in 10 programs where students can choose Computer Science, Biotechnology, and Mathematics, and more.

The facilities of Nandha Arts and Science College include several provisions for facilities to support the students. Computer lab many labs Internet facility in Labs and Library 18000 plus books in Library INFLIBNET & DELNET access Membership with digital University & J-Gate Faculty & Staff Development Programme. For practical learning, the college adheres to having departmental practical laboratories equipped with basic items. 

In term of facilities, students learn in a modern auditorium, eat healthy and tasty meals in a cafeteria and use WiFi connection all over the school area. It also has a college health center for sicknesses, lengthened hours of operation for five computerized rooms and various sport equipment such us volleyball courts, badminton and basketball courts. Further, the institution has its own hostel facilities for boys and girls to enhance the living condition of out station students.

Currently, the college strives to provide the complete range of academic options and encompasses 37 courses at various levels. These includes undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in disciplines like Arts, Commerce, Sciences and Computer Applications. These comprise 27 full courses and 10 part, enabling the institution to meet various educational requirements. The college’s total enrolment for undergraduate and postgraduate courses and diploma programmes for the 2022 academic year was 3,129 students of which 2,082 were undergraduate and 226 postgraduate students.

Nandha Arts and Science College as mentioned earlier in this article follows the policy of admitting its students through UPSEE. College provides numerous undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs where, normally, three years are necessary for UG and two years for PG. Doctoral programs are extended for six years. The college offers several scholarships to ensure that it helps the learners to finance their college education. Ministerial scholarships are available to students from BC, MBC, SC and ST dwelling and family income is used to určit eligibility. The scholarships are open for SC/ST students those whose parent’s income from all sources is below rupees two lakh; MBC students and the Christian/Muslim students whose parents income from all sources is below rupees one and half lakh. 

Also, the college has private scholarships comprised of Sitaram Jindal Scholarship, JM Charitable Trust Scholarship and Single Parent Scholarship. The Indira Gandhi Postgraduate scholarship scheme for single girl child is also given by the University Grants Commission.
