NITTR Bhopal: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

The NITTTR Bhopal is one of the sixteen National Institutes of Technical Teacher’s Training and Research established in the year 1965, situated in the capital of Madhya Pradesh. NITTR Bhopal is this premier institution in technical education located in the campus of 36 acres of Shamla Hills Bhopal and offers education right from the post graduate level since the last five and half decade. This affiliated college recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has an option of postgraduate courses aimed at developing technical professionals’ skills and leadership. NITTR Bhopal has 42 committed staff members of the faculty, rendering a good academic atmosphere and encouraging innovations. It provides 18 full time courses.

NITTR Bhopal provides a rich list of infrastructural facilities that help in favouring the learning process of students. The institute has a vast collection of knowledge at the library where student can go through a number of e-journals which is under INDEST-AICTE Consortia and E-Shodh Sindhu. NPTEL material available in the library is also useful for the students to establish efficient technological learning. The campus comprises of well endowed laboratories such as Web Engineering Lab, Image Processing Lab, and Research & Development Lab etc. Thus, for all around growth, NITTR offers standard sports facility, gym hall, a health care centre equipped with latest health care facilities. The Rajeev Gandhi auditorium with a seating capacity of 220 persons is used as an academic seminar, workshop and cultural hall. Further, the institute provides competitive accommodation for its male and female students in a 100 bed hostels.

NITTR Bhopal has five M.Tech/M.E. courses and one full-time postgraduate programme, namely MBA. The institute students’ strength is 198 to be split in all the courses being offered so that the learner is nurtured with individual attention. Thus, the M.Tech programmes offered range from subjects as Computer Technology and Applications, Construction Technology and Management, Digital Communication and Advanced Production Systems. The ME programmes are Structural Engineering and Advanced Production Systems. Both programmes shall assist prepare learners with up to date info and skills concerning their area of specialisation.

The admission process of NITTR Bhopal aimed at enrolling the best candidates to postgraduate courses of the university. M.Tech and M.E: The admission will be based on the qualifying examination where pass percentage should be a minimum of 55 %.
