Navjyoti Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya Navi Sikar Rajasthan is a co-educational institute particularly in teacher education. The affiliated college was founded in 2007, and thus, it has been preparing educators for more than ten years. It was further approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) & accredited by National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC), to give the concept of quality education. Located on a small plot of 1.5 acres of land, the college provides instruction to 365 learners and academics efficiency. Focus their energies on a single degree program and a concentration in teacher education, Navjyoti Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya is a specialized school for education.

The college has several facilities aimed at improving the learning facilities among the college students. These amenities revolve around the institute library that boasts of more than 6,420 books and 2, 820 reference books in teacher education. The library has also been subscribing 20 Indian journals and one international Journal making it easy for the students to access the current development and innovations within the country. 

For mum academicians in search of a study area devoid of noise, there are student desks for fifty in the library. The college has opted for modern education as evidenced by a fully equipped ICT Centre with multiple set of science apparatus and a computer laboratory. They also get to enjoy from a psychology lab and an educational technology and language lab which is very important for training in the aspect of teaching.

Navjyoti Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya offers a focused curriculum with one primary course: This policy paper will deal with the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. This is a two years full course that caters for students with the intention of making teaching their career. Get réussite an intake of 100 students per year , B .Ed program offers broad and general preparation in the field of education combining theoretical education models and practical sessions. Hopefully, it would take time and considerable effort to dedicate adequate resources and attention for innovative ideas to flourish in this one program and produce quality teachers.”

The college adheres to the admission policies in force in the Rajasthan state government and the university under which it operates.
