Nazareth College of Pharmacy, Thiruvalla was set up in 2004. and accredited by the Kerala, India as a premier college of the state in pharmacy. This is a co-educational college situated in Othera P.O, Thiruvalla and It is affiliated college, which is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). Stretched over an area of about 1.2948 Acres, the college has 388 student enrolments and 32 faculty members. There is facility of three pharmacy programmes in Nazareth College of Pharmacy at different levels which consists B.Pharma, M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics and Pharm.D for the intending pharmacists.

A welcoming learning environment is encouraged at the college and it offers students various contemporary qualities. The library thus functions as a repository of using a vast treasure of technical knowledge: It consists of a vast collection of Indian and foreign books on pharmaceutical and allied sciences and various national and international journals. It also has features of an ultramodern hotel and business complex that includes photocopying services and internet connection. 

The college laboratory facilities provided also include modern recognized equipment in line with the set standards authorized by the AICTE and PCI. Entrance to the program is on merit of performance in appropriate entrance exams and the record of 10+2 education with science courses.

M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics: It is a postgraduate 2-year course with sanctioned strength of 18 students. M.Pharma admissions typically depend on candidates' scores at the postgraduate level of pharmacy entrance exams such as GPAT, along with undergraduate marks at B.Pharma or equivalent.

Pharm.D: Doctor of Pharmacy is a 6-year doctoral course having an approved student strength of 30. Pharm.D admission is based on performance in entrance examinations and science subjects at the 10+2 level.
