Warangal’s Nethaji Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (NIPS) is a recognized institute promoting pharmaceutical learning. This co-educational affiliated college was founded in the year 2006 situated in Subbhaiahpally, Somidi Village, Kazipet, Hanamkonda, Warangal District, Telangana. NIPS has established its credibility in the field of pharmacy as it is spread over a 3 acre land campus. PCI approval of this institutes also enhance the quality education and standard as per the requirement of the pharmacy industry. The student strength comprising of 273 fresh and transfer students while the faculty of 44; provides the necessary environment for learning the aspects of the pharmaceutical science at NIPS.
The institute possesses some amenities which seek to increase the learning abilities of the students. Modern library is a storehouse of vast array of pharma literature, resourceful, & curative which in turn act as a knowledge centre for the students. Modern laboratories give practical training in different sectors of pharmaceutical courses. It has its own health center where first aid facilities to the students is offered, this is evident of the colleges concern with the health of its students. Female students may stay in a girls’ hostel at Hunter Road, about 10 minutes automobile drive from the college and transport by college bus is provided. It also has a hall or an event, seminar, etc., facility, a cafeteria or canteen facility, and even has a provision for adequate parking space. They also make use of teaching aid that supports both social learning and fitness.
NIPS provide a complete list of pharmaceutical courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Currently, the institute offers six full time courses coming under three degree programs. The six and half years integrated B.Pharma course is also showcased at the undergraduate level with an approved and proposed intake of hundred. As for the post graduate education, NIPS has Pharm.D for superior specialization in the field and M.Pharma in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, andPharmaceutical Management and Regulatory Affairs.

Nethaji Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is a very old institute set up in Warangal, offering numerous pharmacy programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Admission eligibility at NIPS would vary with programs. For B.Pharma, students must have passed their 10+2 examination with core subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. Degree Wise Admission Process
B.Pharma: The permitted intake into the B.Pharma course at NIPS is set at 100 students. Admission shall be based on the score obtained by a candidate in the concerned TS EAMCET examination. A candidate has to be eligible if he/she has passed 10+2 with core subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology.
M.Pharma: NIPS offers M.Pharma programs in various specializations. These include Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Pharmaceutical Management & Regulatory Affairs. Candidates would typically be expected to hold a B.Pharma degree from institutions recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India. Consideration may also be given in the selection to the merit obtained at the undergraduate level and marks obtained in relevant entrance examinations.
Another Pharm.D: NIPS also runs Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy) programs which is a six-year course that involves advanced specialization in pharmacy. For this program, admission may consider 10+2 completion for relevant subjects and qualifying with relevant entrance examination.
