Nilgiri College Balasore was established in the year 1979, is a generic Utkal University affiliated college at Raj Nilgiri Balasore Odisha. Spread over a campus area of 9.89 acres, the institution has under graduate programmes in arts, science and commerce streams. Approved by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Nilgiri College, which has a student strength of 1,051 and over 32 teaching and non teaching staffs. There are 13 courses offered under five degree programmes with major disciplines of Political Science, History, Economics.English, Odia, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Physics,Chemistry and Zoology.
