Nirmalaben Kishorbhai Desai Science College, Valsad, set up in the year 1918, is one of the oldest institutions in town, having crossed a century of academic excellence. Special courses developed in this area are B.Sc. Chemistry and M.Sc. Organic Chemistry. The student enrolment is 149, and the faculty strength is 8. Thus, at this juncture, a very favorable student-teacher ratio is maintained to ensure personalized attention and guidance.
