NK Jabshetty Ayurvedic Medical College and PG Centre is an affiliated college in Bidar-KarnatakaIndia, set up in the year 1991. The institute is recognised by the Central Council for Indian Medicine (CCIM) and is involved in offering the following courses in the field of Ayurveda. The college is set on 7.5 acres land, composed of 356 students enroled and 45 members from the faculty. It offers 8 courses at 3 degree levels which relate to sundry fields of Ayurveda.
The student resources at NK Jabshetty Ayurvedic Medical College and PG Centre include facilities to meet the needs of student learning and development. These are including a health centre which is fitted with first aid facilities, a library that is equipped with books and a sports section for all students. The campus up to contemporary IT equipment with connection to Internet for digitalisation of learning process. In the college curriculum for academics, the college offers departmental laboratories that are necessary for the practice of medicine especially in Ayurveda. The on-campus facilitates such as cafeteria for students and an auditorium for serving events and seminars are also offered. For accommodation, the institute has provided hostel facilities for boys and girl separately to provide comfortable stay. In addition, there providing a transport facility for students and staff and it also helps in reaching the campus.
This college provides a total of 8 courses that are all a full-time base course. But the main course offered by the college is Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) which has a total intake of 60 students. The college also provides following postgraduate programmes, MD and MS in different fields of Ayurveda, respectively. The total enrolment for students in all courses offered in the institute is 356 to ensure reasonable student /faculty ratio for better quality learning. Other courses are MS in Shalya Tantra, Prasuti Tantra, MD in Panchakarma and so on.
NK Jabshetty Ayurvedic Medical College and PG Centre accept the students majorly through scores/ ranks obtained in the national level entrance tests. For BAMS, the process of getting admitted students undergo the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). Admission of the postgraduate courses in MD and MS is done through National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduate (NEET PG). These tests help to make the selection criteria standard and competitive in the admission of aspiring student.

Hi,
Well to take admission in ayurvedic medical college for post graduate studies will require you to give NEET PG exam and then qualify and sit for counseling to get a seat. Every college will have its own cut off within the counseling process and if you clear that cut off then you will be able to get a seat.
