Yes, the selection would be done on the basis of composite score obtained in MAT entrance exam. You would be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds, after which the final merit list would be published by the college, taking into consideration, your academic score and work experience. NL Dalmia has 120 total seats for PGDM, out of which 60 for Finance, 40 for marketing and remaining for Human Resources.

It is well reputed and has good faculty.The placement of this college is also exceptionally good .The average package for the complete batch is round about 14 lakhs per annum.As a part of its 25 years of legacy, it has a strong tie up with many corporates like-HUL,P&G,Dabur,Honeywell,GSK,Capgimini etc.The placements for HR are way above the average college standards. The institute follows a grading scale system to convert candidate's percentile in any of the exams mentioned as per its admission criteria. Your academic scores are good enough to be eligible for the admission process.

The final selection is based on the merit which is evaluated out of 100 marks divided into the following parameters -
