NN Ghosh Sanatan Teachers Training College is an affiliated college that started in 2013 in Ranchi, Jharkhand. This is a co-educational institution that started with an aim of specialising in teacher education and it has a programme of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Located in a single plot of 0.5533 acres of area, the college offers the facility of training teachers through its recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education NCTE college. The college has 146 students, with 16 teachers, meaning there is an easy ratio of 1:9 enabling comfort in the learning process.

The school has a modern library fully stocked with books from over 4,000, 500 of which are reference books, encyclopedias, educational journals and magazines among them adequate furniture and accommodation to adequately accommodate over 75 readers in the reader’s hall. This institution’s commitment to the use of technology is manifest in the computer centre provided for the students; comprises of more than twenty computers to ensure that the students get practice. NN Ghosh Sanatan Teachers Training College offers one full-time course, B. Ed or Bachelor of Education programme. This is a two-year programme with an approved intake of one hundred students as a way of showing that this college offer quality teachers. The B.Ed course aims at imparting skills standards and knowledge set that would allow new teachers to practice in current teaching milieu.
