North Odisha School of Engineering, Mayurbhanj (NOSE) is an affiliated constituent college situated inBaunsatofa, Mayurbhanj district, Odisha. This institution has been assisting in technical education of the area for some time now. AICTE has recognised NOSE, which means that NOSE follows the national standards of offering engineering education in India. The college provides three diploma courses, majoring core engineering branches and offers nearly 300 vacant seats in all the courses.

North Odisha School of Engineering has several necessary infrastructures for the student required for their educational growth. The college is well endowed with a library, where students easily find many books and reading materials apart from the syllabuses. In an attempt to utilise the fast growing technological market, NOSE has strategically developed great IT facilities where students are well equipped with right tools of study and skills that equip them for future job markets. In addition, the institution has maintained discipline specific laboratories in such a way that the students will practice and at the same time be able to develop practical knowledge in their fields of specialty.

North Odisha School of Engineering came forward with a limited number of diploma courses and all these courses are being offered as full time courses to enable students to gain specialized engineering education. The institute currently offers three diploma programmes, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The Mechanical and Electrical Engineering intakes sixty students each while the Civil Engineering intake is fifty students each each. These three-year diploma courses are designed considering a strong basic course for learner’s who are to start at the entry level of the industry or for learners who seek to advance themselves to engineering discipline.
