  • Brainstorm ideas to explore solutions that will help customers meet their needs

  • Select high-quality solution ideas that can be prototyped

  • Design a prototype for the selected idea to enable a conversation with the stakeholders
  • Derive insights from user-prototype interactions and stakeholder feedback to rectify flaws, address constraints and enhance strengths

Candidates can write a withdrawal/refund request at admissions@emeritus.org. They are eligible for requesting a full refund up to 7 days of payment or 14 days after the course starts. However, partial refunds are not offered.

8: Are the course materials downloadable?

Some of the study reading material is downloadable. However, the facilities for downloading video lectures are not available. The candidate can access all the course materials for up to 12 months from course commencement.

9: Are the course materials evaluated?

Yes, all the assignments, quizzes, and projects that are included in this programme will be evaluated for the development of the candidates. The grade requirements for completing the course will be known once the course commences.
