In 2008, The Oxford College of Engineering and Management Bhubaneswar was established. This college is approved as per AICTE norms and is a Co-Ed. This college is affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela. The college offers Diploma and undergraduate courses to students who want to pursue in the fields of Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication and others. 

Oxford College of Engineering and Management Bhubaneswar also called OCEM Bhubaneswar, courses include Diploma., and B.E/B.Tech. Admission into  B.E/B. Tech courses are given based on the valid scores acquired by the students in the OJEE/AIEEE (Conducted by NTA) and Other State Jee scores. OJEE exam is conducted by Government of Orissa. 

And the diploma admissions are given based on the merit acquired by the students in the qualifying examination and the counselling process. The institute also facilitates some of the basic amenities, which include transport, a library, I.T. Infrastructure, sports, a medical centre, and many more, which can be availed of by merit students.
