The Pailan College of Education, Bishnupur, was established in the year 2009. in the city of Kolkata, West Bengal. It is a co-education central college affiliated with National Council for Teacher Education and is accredited through National Assessment and Accreditation Council. With a student enrolment of 224 and a faculty strength of 14, Pailan College of Education ensures a non-diluted teaching-learning environment for the aspiring educators.

Pailan College of Education is furnished with all kinds of facilities for the overall development of its students both academically as well as personally. The Library is well maintained with a volume of more than 5,366 books including reference materials, on various subjects and areas of examination, and looked after by a professionally qualified librarian.
