Pal College of Nursing and Medical Sciences is the very well-known Nursing College in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, which was established in the year 2011. Courses offered – The institute offers 9 full-time courses in undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma levels. Undergraduate level – B.Sc Nursing – 50 seats; Post Basic B.Sc Nursing – 30 seats. Diploma courses: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) – 50 seats and ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) – 40 seats. It also offers many M.Sc. Nursing specialisations, having few seats: Medical Surgical Nursing with 4, Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing with 3, Paediatric Nursing with 3, Psychiatric Nursing with 3, and Community Health Nursing with 4. In total, the approved intake for all courses is 187 students per academic year.
