The admission process in PPDCET is majorly based on AP EAMCET. It admits 70% of students under the convener quota and 30% under the management quota for its B.tech courses. The AP EAMCET score is acceptable in this college for various courses in engineering.  PPDCET's academic calendar follows that of AP EAMCET, usually held in the month of May, and accordingly, admissions take place in the next couple of months.
