Palar Agricultural College, set up in the year 2017 is situated in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, and is still in its development stage. This affiliated college is recognised by the Indian Council for Agricultural Research (ICAR), which proves the fact that it offers high standard education in agricultural field. Located in Othamarikuppam Village, Mailpatti Post, the college provides co-education facility for those who wish to build a carrier in the field of agriculture. At present, PAC boasts of having 257 students, and 39 faculty members teaching agriculture alone.

The college possesses and has available a number of college and educational resources that improve the learning mid for the college students. There are functional laboratories in the camp for practical learning and research purposes. Liberal arts center that contains numerous publications and materials for learning and academic purposes for the students as well as the faculties.

Palar Agricultural College currently offers one primary course: B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons). This program is offered over four years, for students who want to develop a strong base in agriculture science. 

The admission procedure in Palar Agricultural College include a two part process. From the total sanctioned intake admission capacity sixty five percent of the students get admission through the single window system counseling from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. So the college directly controls for the remaining 35% of seats according to the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University norms of eligibility and merit. It as well guarantees a wider variety of students passing through the institution, hence making the process equitable.

The college has a Training and Placement Cell for extension of invitation for campus recruitment and to provide co-ordination with industries/organizations that are interested in recruiting the young talents to ensure that the students /pass outs get placement once they are graduated.
