Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Medical College, Rajkot, short for PDUMC Rajkot, was established in the year 1995. It is one of the repute medical colleges in Rajkot, Gujarat. An affiliated college by NMC. The campus also houses a state-of-the-art IT setup, a cafeteria to spend time over refreshments, and an auditorium for events, seminars, and gatherings.

Medical courses—undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma courses—are provided at PDUMC Rajkot. The MBBS of the institute has an intake of 200 seats; at the postgraduate level, there are numbers of courses in MD and MS specialisations; the college also conducts various postgraduate diploma courses in specialised fields of medicine. All the courses are taken as full-time, which allows for intensive and focused medical education.

Admission to the college of PDUMC Rajkot follows a standard merit-based process. MBBS admissions occur through NEET-UG. PG courses like MD, MS, and diploma courses are entered through NEET-PG.
