Parshuram Teachers Training College was established in the year 2006 at Bharatpur, is a co-educational teacher education college. This affiliated college is situated at Bayana, Bharatpur, Rajasthan, and sanctioned by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The campus stretches 1 acre and is ideal to foster a proper educational environment for the aspirant teachers. Being a small college with a strength of 16 members in faculty, the college is more focused in training teachers. At the moment, the institute offers only one course of study, its flagship product, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) to meet the requirements of addressing the education needs of the country.

The college has a number of facilities that are meant to improve the education process of the learners. It serves as another important centre for studies and currently stocks more than 4,100 well classified textbooks, reference books, periodicals, research journals and magazines. In the domain of physical development the college consists of facilities for the provision of sporting activities such as cricket, volleyball, basketball, badminton, table tennis and carom. The information technology facilities are also well developed comprising of a computer laboratory with fifteen desktop computers, projection facilities and a multimedia laboratory. Students also get the privilege of enhanced high-speed print solutions, including color prints.

Parshuram Teachers Training College has only one programme on offer namely Bachelor of Education (B.Ed programme). his is a two-year course offered full-time to offer substantial training for those wishing to teach. This college has an intake of one hundred students for this course if inflated the college has an approved intake for this program. Though the total number of graduates can not be stated quantitatively, the college offers specialised courses and facilities for the teacher education.

For admission into Parshuram Teachers Training College, students are expected to write an examination– Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) coordinated by Government Dungar College, Bikaner.
