The Faculty of Engineering offers a three year diploma program in Petrochemical Engineering which provides students with an indepth understanding into the blended aspects of chemical and Petroleum Engineering. The growing significance of the petroleum industry has resulted in the demand for skilled personnel and individuals with the effective knowledge which is required for navigating this field. As a way of meeting this demand, the program offers the fundamental exposure and training into the various aspects of Petrochemical Engineering. The field provides an in-depth understanding of petroleum exploration and refinery along with the processes related to the field. The Faculty of Engineering offers a Bachelors, Diploma and a Masters degree program in Petroleum Engineering. As a way of contributing to the growth of this industry, this program is designed to produce the competent manpower, who have the ability to fully navigate the elements related to this field. The program is approved by UGC, thus ensures the delivery of quality academics coupled with the most relevant industrial exposure. It provides a comprehensive study to vital concepts of the Petroleum Industry which include petroleum exploration, reservoir engineering, production engineering, well engineering, drilling engineering, environment engineering and refining technology. The curriculum is strategically designed to provide the students with most worthwhile industrial exposure and hands on practical training to ensure their avenues for quality placements and contribution to global development.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidate shall have passed 10th Examination with English,Maths and Science subjects with an aggregate of 35% in these 3 subjects from a recognized board.
