Phondaghat Education Society's Arts and Commerce College, Phondaghat. This college was inaugurated in the year 1995, and NAAC accredited the college. Though the prime focus areas are limited to undergraduate levels of Arts and Commerce streams, the college has a compact campus of 3.95 acres, which accommodates 345 enroled students who have 13 hardworking faculty members aiding to them.

There are varied amenities that Phondaghat Education Society's Arts and Commerce College has to support the learning process in students. At its core are the resources of the well-equipped library, formed alongside the college in 1995, boasting over 10,000 textbooks and reference materials combined with 1,700 textbooks under the Book Bank Scheme. The library has daily newspapers for eight dailies in Marathi, Hindi, and English to update the students on current affairs. This institute provides specialised courses and conducts two undergraduate courses; BA and B.Com.
