Phonics School of Engineering – Roorkee is one of the prime educational institutes established in 2008. Located in Imli Khera, Dharampur, right along the Bhagwanpur-Haridwar Highway, this college is spread over 12-acre campus. The PSER is approved by AICTE, with an enrolment of 2,495 students and 113 faculty strength, this institute offers a diversified range of 9 courses in 3 different Degree Programs - B.Tech, Diploma, and MBA.

This institute has various modern facilities that are carefully designed for a favorable learning environment. It includes properly equipped laboratories within the campus, allowing an individual to gain hands-on training in a practical manner on their respective branches of engineering. Also, there is a decent and spacious library that caters for the academic needs of individuals and faculties; these include both physical and digital. PSER has separate, well-maintained hostel facilities for both boys and girls, ensuring they get a homely environment. Similar to the Wi-Fi and 24-hour power backup, these facilities make life easier for students in the hostel. There is a well maintained, in-campus gym for fitness freaks. Other sports include facilities for basketball, badminton, volleyball, and cricket. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Internet connectivity is never a problem for any academic or research work.

Phonics School of Engineering, Roorkee offers a wide range of full-time courses catering to diversified academic interests. Five B.Tech programs, 3 Diploma courses, and an MBA program. Options in regard to the B.Tech programs are in the form of Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. At the diploma level, have options in the three offerings, namely in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, as well as Mechanical Engineering. The MBA completes the offerings of the institute in this level since it provisions the management studies. 

Admission to Phonics School of Engineering, Roorkee is done on the basis of merit. However, it considers the performance in any relevant entrance test conducted for different programs.
