This is the post-graduate programme in the discipline of Civil Engineering with Specialization in Construction Management under Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune. It has started this Academic Year 2019-20 with the Sanctioned intake of 18. After graduation in Civil Engineering, the students interested in higher studies prefer to get the admission to this course.
The Curriculum is prescribed by the SPPU and it is designed in such a way that it adds the technical value additions to the technical capabilities of the students to work as a Project Manager in the Construction filed and it also inculcates the research aptitude among the students.
In addition to the curriculum, Academic and Research environment of PCCOE flourish the overall personality of the students as well as faculty to succeed in their future endeavours to meet future challenges in the Infrastructural development of the society.

Eligibility Criteria

(1) For Maharashtra Candidature Candidates and All India Candidature Candidates :

a. The Candidate should be an Indian National;

b. Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only);

c. Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant course of Engineering and Technology as specified in the eligibility criteria for admission to a Post Graduate Degree course of the concerned University for which admission is being sought;

d. Obtained score in Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by Indian Institute of Technology;

e. For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full time work experience in a registered firm/ company/industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.

(2) Children of NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National :

a. Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks;

b. Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant course of Engineering and Technology as specified in the eligibility criteria for admission to a Post Graduate Degree course of the concerned University for which admission is being sought;
