Pope John Paul II College of Education was set up in the year 1986 in Reddiarpalayam, Puducherry to impart quality education for the holistic growth students. This is a coeducational college that is an affiliate of the mentioned institution offering various programs over education and technology. Membership on National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC) has been offered to the college and it has been appreciated for its concern towards quality education. Aided by the NCTE and AICTE recognitions, the institute is able to follow the general national educational standards. It offers formal education in its full time programs in the area of education and computer applications. Some of the college courses are B.Ed, B.A. B.Ed, B.Sc. B.Ed, M.Ed, BCA and MCA. From the SE–PA syllabus for a total approved intake of 300 students from B.Ed, B.A. B.Ed, and B.Sc. B.Ed the college showcases its prospectus for improving the future teaching corps.
