Prahladrai Dalmia Lions College of Commerce and Economics was founded in the year 1972. It is affiliated and located in Malad West, Mumbai, within the small campus of 1.43 acres. It is a purely commerce and economics-oriented college that offers 10 courses in 5 degrees to enrolment of 4498 students. The college strives for excellence in quality education in the streams of Commerce, Management, and Information Technology with a faculty strength of 17. 

The students have quite a number of facilities to make college life enhancing and comfortable for pursuing academic goals. It's also a resource centre having a library that provides a great deal of academic material to the students.
