Pravin Patil College of Diploma Engineering and Technology, Thane was instituted in 2002 and is among the reputed colleges in Bhayandar East, Thane, Maharashtra. This affiliated college, approved by AICTE, has grown exponentially into a hub of technical talent in the last twenty years. The campus, spread over a compact 1.5 acres, currently has a range of engineering streams for 1,283 enrolled students. This institute has continuously maintained a very admirable ratio of students to teachers with its 18 dedicated faculty.

Diploma programmes include Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. At the B.Tech level, it has Computer Engineering, Electronics and Power Engineering, Electronics and Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical and Automation Engineering, and Civil Engineering and Planning. The approved intake of each B.Tech programme is 60, demonstrating the commitment of the institute towards optimal class sizes for effective learning. 

Admission Procedure: The admission procedure at Pravin Patil College of Diploma Engineering and Technology is carried out as per the norms and schedule declared by the Directorate of Technical Education and the Government of Maharashtra. All the candidates seeking admission to the diploma courses shall submit their online application form along with all necessary documents through Centralised Admission Process to the Facilitation Centre.
