  • The Certificate Program in Export-Import Management fees has three types, depending on the schedule an Indian resident candidate chooses.
  • In type I, the course fee is Rs. 17,700 where classes will be held from Monday to Friday between 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Poddar/Ruia College, Mumbai.
  • In type II: the course fee is Rs. 20,060 where classes will be held on Sundays between 9 am to 6 pm at Poddar/Ruia College, Mumbai.
  • In type III, the course fee is Rs. 11,800 where pre-scheduled personal contact programs will be announced and held in Matunga, Borivali, Dombivli, or Pune.
  • For Foreign national students, the course fee is Rs. 23,600. 
  • Fees can be paid via a Demand Draft or DD, cheque, net banking, debit card, credit card, NEFT, or RTGS.

Eligibility Criteria

To join the Certificate Program in Export-Import Management online course, candidates need to be at least a 10+2 pass from any recognized HSC board or university. Alternatively, candidates need to hold a diploma graduate degree (either SSC + 3 years or HSC + 2 years) from a recognized university.

Admission Details

Step 1: To participate in the Certificate Program in Export-Import Management by WeSchool, visit https://www.welingkaronline.org/certificate-in-export-import-management and click on ‘Apply Online’ at the end of the webpage. Candidates will be redirected to the webpage titled ‘ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR 11 MONTHS POSTGRADUATE & 6 MONTHS CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS’.

Step 2: Here, candidates need to confirm whether they are an Indian resident or a foreign national. Upon selection, they will be redirected to a page where a chart instructing how to fill the online application will be provided. Here, click on proceed.

Step 3: Once the application form is filled as per the chart, candidates need to take a print out of the online application form and attach all the required, attested documents. They should also paste a recent passport size photograph on the application form and sign it. 

Step 4: Next, post all these documents and the respective documents of the payment mode to the following address:

Step 5: Once all the documents are scrutinized and the payment has been received, candidates will receive their ID cards and study materials from the institute.

The application form has six sections, namely: management course, personal details, educational background, work experience in years, any course is done from the Welingkar Institute of Management, and other details.

  • In the management course section, candidates need to fill in the details of the course they want to enrol in, the free plan, and their contact email address. 
  • In the personal details section, they need to fill in their basic information, postal addresses, contact numbers, etc. 
  • In the educational background section, candidates need to provide details of their educational background. 
  • In the work experience in the years' section, they need to give details of their work experience, if any.
  • In any course done by the Welingkar Institute of Management, candidates need to confirm the same. 
  • In other details, they need to provide their source of information and their representative at WeSchool.

Evaluation process

WeSchool will conduct an online exam for each subject in the Certificate Program in Export-Import Management training.

The exam will last one hour per subject. The assessment schedule will be conveyed to the students in advance. The examination results will be declared within 30 days of the last examination period. Candidates need to score 50% or above to pass each exam.

Candidates who do not appear for the exam or score less than 50%, can reappear for it in the following semester by completing a re-examination form and paying the required fee. 

Candidates who pass all the papers will be awarded the Welingkar Institute of Management’s certificate.
