PRISM School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Durg is an affiliated college established in 2010. It is located in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, and covers an area of 25 acres. It is a co-educational institute that offers specialised management programmes. It focuses on business and entrepreneurship. The AICTE-approved PRISM School has a total student enrolment of 115 and supports a faculty of 9 members. It offers three Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programmes aimed at offering the changing corporate scenario.

 The whole campus is designed with modern infrastructure facilities to improve quality learning among students. The university has an auditorium that hosts national and international seminars along with campus events to enhance intellectual growth and networking. This has approximately 5,000 books, CDs, journals, and magazines. There is also an e-learning facility where all students can tap tremendous digital resources. A computer laboratory of 60 computers all fitted with internet access ensures that one stays abreast of changes in the business arena. For those interested in physical fitness, a modern gymnasium equipped with international standard machines is available. Sports enthusiasts can avail facility of basketball, volleyball, cricket, lawn tennis, and table tennis among others, as well as indoor games such as chess and carrom. 

There are three full-time two-year time duration PGDM programmes run under the nomenclature of PRISM School of Business and Entrepreneurship. They have a general PGDM programme, PGDM in Banking Insurance and Finance Management, and PGDM in Healthcare Hospital Management three two-year time duration programmes. The institute takes in 240 students from the various programmes while an allocation of 180 and 60 seats are kept solely for the general PGDM course and the Banking Insurance and Finance Management specialisation, respectively. Such diversified arrangements of programmes cut across different sectors of the business world and prepare students who are to emerge in leadership roles within their chosen fields.
