PRISM School of Education, Bhilai: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

PRISM School of Education, officially recognized as an affiliated college of the year 2013, is located at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. This is a teachers educating institution that has been recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education-NCTE. PRISM School of Education lies on a limited area of 3 acres; hence, it provides its students with a specialized platform to study. Currently, the college contains 198 students and itcontoessed by 15 experienced and motivated teachers. PRISM School of Education offer only one course and this is the Bachelor of Education which is a two-years full time program. 

It thus has various facilities that help in improving the known means of learning facilities in the college. Thus, the LPA distinguishes the Library as a major asset for students with 1210 titles and 11, 700 books in its collection. It also currently validly maintains 36 national and international journals and 3 magazines in print form. Also, there is an electronic library facility with Wi-Fi, 18 international electronic-journals including marketing, finance, operation and human resource management. The campus has been provided with an air conditioned auditorium of 150 square meters intended for accommodation of seminars, lectures, and cultural activity. Other facilities include too comprehensive laboratories, Wireless Internet over the campus, Canteen/food court with a current health center on initial aid facilities, sports facilities, diseÃÆtoa and modern information technology facilities. 

PRISM School of Education provides only one program, known as the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Being a full time course the sanctioned intake in the institute is 100 seats and this merely tells that the institute is maintaining an education standards with limited intakes to ensure quality education. The objective of the B.Ed program is to produce professional educational practitioners for effective practice in teaching. The college enrolment data does not give the specific enrollment on each graduate but given the total enrolment of the college at 198 students, there has been some kind of a steady stream of intending educators in the college.
