Priyadarshini Indira Gandhi Government College for Women, Jind came into existence in the year 2006 as a frontline institution of higher education for women. This government college has been continuously struggling to impart quality education to women who come to this campus from far-flung areas of Jind district of Haryana. The college is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council and imparts education in various undergraduate programs.
