Prof. Rama Reddy College of Engineering and Technology is one of the premier and accredited engineering colleges in Hyderabad started its journey in the year of 2008. Located at Nandigama Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District Province in Penang and called BDL Bhanur, the college is equipped with various engineering programmes to cater for the needs of the changing market. Being as co-educational institution it gives each sex equal chance in achieving their goals in the course of technology. Due to college’s achievement the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has approved educational standards of the college to meet and maintain the average level of educational institutions in India.

The campus of the Prof. Rama Reddy College of Engineering and Technology has the necessary college facilities which can be helpful in students’ learning. The college also has a rich library and information center which is the key resource center for the college users. To increase the pool of highly-skilled human resource in line with the rapidly evolving technological environment, the institution has put in place modern computational facilities. Since learning includes social activities, the college provides students with a cafeteria where they can spend their free time before the next class.

Prof. Rama Reddy College of Engineering and Technology as of now has six full-time B.Tech programmes to meet the many branches of engineering. These programmes are as follows: – Computer Science and Engineering – Electronics and Communication Engineering – Mechanical Engineering – Civil Engineering –and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The total sanctioned strength for these programmes are 420 in the college.
