It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc. As you mention with 454 marks and BC category you have low chance to get seat in government college . You have a high chance to get private college.

I hope you are doing well. As you mentioned that you if you have scored 420 marks in NEET exam and you belong to OBC category. Then you have no chance to f getting admission in government college because the cut-off of government Colleges is very high than that of your expecting marks. Yeah, but you definitely can get admission in private colleges with this score . You have to just attend the counselling.

The PSG medical college in Coimbatore have a fees 4,00,000 for government, management - 12,50,000.hostel fees changes every year so you need to ask to the administration for the new hostel fees.
