Pujya Swami Vivekanand College of Education, Jhajjar was established in the year 2013 located in Jahangir Pur, Haryana. This institute has been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education and offers the course of B.Ed. The campus sprawls over a compact plot of 2 acres with a total enrolment of 269 students and a strength of 24 faculty members.

The institution has a collection of facilities that shall improve students' learning processes. One of such institutions is a well-established library that will act as a knowledge hub with a huge collection of books, e-resources, and audio-visuals. Its open access system, supported by a computer-based catalog, makes the access to information convenient for the students and faculty. This ranges from cricket, football, and badminton to other sports activities for physical health while pursuing academics. Pujya Swami Vivekanand College of Education mainly focuses on training teachers, and the only regular full-time course offers at the undergraduate level is the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program with the sanctioned intake of 100 seats. The admission procedure is on merit bases, based on the marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination and /or Entrance Examination. The college follows the admission policy prescribed by the State Government/UT Administration and the affiliated University.
