Master of Technology (M.Tech) in VLSI and Embedded Systems is a two-year full-time postgraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.


Eligibility Criteria

The Candidate should Passed a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

Admission Details

Eligibility for Category-A (Convener Seats) 

On qualifying for the GATE examination/ PGCET / ICET entrance test conducted by the A.P State Govt, the seat allotment is made as per the stipulated rules of A.P State Government.

Eligibility for Category-B (Management Seats)

Category-B seats will be filled by the Management as per the norms stipulated by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
