Raghukul College of Education, Chaksu: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Raghukul College of Education, Chaksu, was established in 2006 and is an affiliated college which is situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This co-educational school is associated with NCTE and offers only the teacher education programmes. Located on a 1, 250 sqm piece of land, the college provides three full time courses under two degree programmes with an intake of two hundred and ninety-five. At present, the college has a faculty of 35 members which makes student to teacher ratio reasonable and the college provides a quality education in the field of teaching.

Raghukul College of Education has various amenities that will improve students learning experience in college. The different facilities found in the college include an effective knowledge resource centre with various books stocked is essential and different departmental practical laboratories. There is an auditorium for occasions and seminars in the campus to improve the learning atmosphere in the campus. The school provides a cafeteria which meets food needs of the students and the staff members. The college also improves the students’ welfare a health centre which provides first aid. There has been the improvement of state of the art IT equipment to support the current trends in landing education. Sports amenities have been provided to the students for their physical growth while a special arrangement of car parking has also been made attaching the needful to the convenience of the students getting in touch with the campus by their own conveyance. The college also provides living accommodation to the guest and student’s families by having a guest house, thus, this showing courtesy to the guests.

Raghukul College of Education has three full time courses as all of them are B.Ed. courses for teacher education. These include a two-year B.Ed programme and two integrated four-year programmes: BA B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed. The programmes of study namely the B.Ed and BA B.Ed have an approved accommodation of one hundred students. These programmes make sure that the institution produces relevant programmes, suitable for the teaching profession, for would be teachers having different prior academic experience. The college offers admission to a total of 195 students which establish that the learning process is carefully planned and close knit.

The admission to Raghukul College of Education are strictly on the merit of the marks obtained in the eligible qualifying examinations and /or any entrance test. The college as an independent institution is bound by the state government, UT administration and affiliated university rules governing admissions.
