Raghunandan Prasad Mandal Degree College was founded in the year 1985 at Madhepura, Bihar. The institute spreads over 11 acres and offers undergraduate courses in the streams of Arts, Commerce, and Science. There are, in all, 427 students with a faculty strength of 17, providing the institute with an optimum learning environment. It offers 21 courses in three degrees with specializations in disciplines such as Urdu, Sanskrit, Zoology, Physics, and so on. 

The college has a number of facilities to help students in their studies and other areas of interest.
