Since its establishment in 1978, Raghuvansh Prasad Singh College, situated in Nalanda, Bihar, has shaped the brains of its students. With 3,719 enrolled students, the College offers two degree programmes with a broad selection of 16 courses. The college has 16 courses in its academic portfolio—all full-time programmes directed at imparting advanced knowledge and skills within concerned disciplines. These courses cut across two broad degree categorisations, called the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc). The specialisations in the BA stream are in History, Economics, English, Geography, Political Science, Philosophy, Music, Human Rights, Sociology, Psychology, and Hindi. In science stream, the B.Sc programmes encompass the constituent disciplines of Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Zoology, and Botany.
