Raiganj Educare Teachers Training College, Uttar Dinajpur: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Located at Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal, Raiganj Educare Teachers Training College is a co-educational young institution that has the zeal to shape up the future of education. This college was founded in 2017 and already made its presence felt in teacher training. The institution is built on a compact 1.325 acres of campus, an affiliated college under NCTE, which ensures National Standards in teacher education. The total student enrolment across all the courses is 400. Faculty-wise also, it has a healthy strength of 33 members, fostering a proper student-teacher ratio.

Raiganj Educare Teachers Training College has many facilities to make learning a comprehensive experience. A well-stocked library as the centre of knowledge, well-equipped modern classrooms that provide the right ambience for learning, and a full-fledged recognition of sports facilities with a gym to keep the body healthy: these are a few among the many. There are separate boys' and girls' hostels for students who need accommodation. Some other facilities available on the campus include laboratories for practical learning, IT infrastructure to pace up technological development, and a cafeteria for refreshments. Raiganj Educare Teachers Training College offers two full-time courses: B.Ed and D.El.Ed. The medium of the course is Bengali, and both programs are two years in duration, with a total intake of 200 students annually. 

Admission to Raiganj Educare Teachers Training College is based on merits, marks in qualifying and/or entrance examination. It adheres to the guidelines of the State Government of West Bengal and affiliated University regarding admission policies. The admission to D.El.Ed. course also is based on merit.
