Raiganj Polytechnic was established in 1986, the reputed technical institution in Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. This affiliated college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, AICTE, located at College Para, Raiganj. The various diploma courses implemented at this institution are formulated to best suit the ever-changing needs of the industry. With an enrolment of 448 students and 20 faculty members, Raiganj Polytechnic offers a perfect learning environment to budding engineers.

It rightly boasts of its entire set of infrastructural facilities that provide an enriching experience in the learning process. The well-stocked library functions as a knowledge centre that enables students to access a vast array of technical literature and related resources. Raiganj Polytechnic at present offers three full-time diploma courses, each for three years. They are: Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
