Raja Devi Mahila Mahavidyalya, Deoria was established in the year 2008. It is an affiliated college located in Sallahpur, Bhatni, Deoria district, Uttar Pradesh. This women's institution has a 1.25-acre campus and is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education. The college offers 7 varied courses based on 5 degrees with a total enrolment of 1,645 students. With a faculty strength of 9, it ensures personalized attention towards its students.

The admission process in Raja Devi Mahila Mahavidyalya is different for different courses. In B.Ed, admission is made on the basis of merit, as formulated from time to time in the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination based on the policy of the State Government/UT Administration and the University. The different courses the college offers applications for include BA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Ed, and MA in Hindi, Sociology, and Home Science.
