Rajendra Kishori B.Ed. College, Siwan, came into existence in 2013 as an affiliated institution with a focus on teacher education. The coeducational institution is located at Sughari Bhagwanpur, Siwan, in Bihar and runs under the approval of the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi. The compact campus sprawls over 1 acres, offering two specialized courses in education with a total enrolment of students of 280. The institute has 19 faculty members with a very appreciable student-to-teacher ratio.

Rajendra Kishori B.Ed. College has several facilities to make learning more rewarding for its students. One of the most prominent among these includes a well-stocked library with over 4,500 books, journals, and publications. The Institute conducts practical training in the laboratories: Information Technology, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Social Science, Psychology, and Education Technology, which develop the demonstrative teaching abilities of the prospective teacher. Sports facilities, cafeteria, and gymnasium have also been provided for the all-round development of students. It also has an auditorium for events and seminars, a health centre with first-aid facilities, and adequate parking on campus.

Rajendra Kishori B.Ed. College offers two full-time courses in Education. Both the B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. are two-year programmes with an approved intake of 100 students each. The admission to Rajendra Kishori B.Ed. College shall be made on the basis of merit, which is in accordance with the rules and policies prescribed by the state government and the affiliated university. The merit-based admission procedure is adopted by the programme, where the performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination or any other selection process as prescribed by the State Government or UT Administration will be taken as a base.
