Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Ongole Campus, was established in the academic year 2008 and is one of the best universities in Andhra Pradesh, India. This co-educational university is accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC); hence, it offers standards education. This institution provides one of the innovative and- specialised B.Tech. integrated programs over the period of six years that includes different branches of engineering. These programmes span across various engineering disciplines such as Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Material Science & Metallurgical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Each course aims at delivering theoretical knowledge and practical competencies required by students to succeed in the contemporary technological environment.

RGUKT Ongole Campus has some admission procedures to give admission to the students who are talented, innovative, and have a knack for engineering and technology. The exact details as to how admission is done are not revealed, but these types of institutions generally look at performance in qualifying exams and the entrance tests.
